How to Cancel Your Subscription and Recurring Billing

Take Full Control of Your Sudoku '25 Premium Subscription!

Whether you’re looking to update your Screen Name, manage your Premium subscription, or need assistance with a cancellation, we’ve made it easy to handle everything right from the app.


How to Manage Your Subscription

Step 1: Open the Settings Page

  1. Launch the Sudoku '25 app.
  2. Tap on Settings from the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Select Manage Account to access your subscription details.

Updating Your Screen Name

Want to refresh your leaderboard identity?

  • Inside Manage Account, tap on Update Screen Name.
  • Enter your new preferred name.
  • Save your changes, and your new name will be updated across the leaderboard!

How to Cancel Your Premium Subscription

If you decide to end your Sudoku '25 Premium subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Manage Account in the Settings page.
  2. Tap on the Cancel Subscription button (Red Button).
  3. Confirm your cancellation.

What Happens Next?

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After that, your account will switch back to Free status, and automatic billing will stop via Stripe.

Note: Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. Make sure to follow these steps to avoid future charges.


Having Trouble Cancelling?

If you experience an error during cancellation and cannot resolve it within the app:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Help/Support.
  2. Follow the link to our Support Portal.
  3. Submit a support ticket to escalate your issue.
