What to Do If Your Subscription Isn’t Recognized

You’ve subscribed to Sudoku '25 Premium, but your ad-free experience and unlimited games aren’t unlocking? Don’t worry—99.9% of the time, everything works seamlessly, but on rare occasions, there can be a hiccup in communication between services. Follow these quick troubleshooting steps to get back on track!
Step 1: Refresh Your Login
Sometimes, a simple log out and restart can do the trick!
- Log out of Facebook (if you signed in with Facebook).
- Close the Sudoku '25 app completely.
- Reopen the app and log back into Facebook.
- Check if your Premium features are now active. If they are—great! You’re all set to enjoy your premium perks. If not, move to the next step.
Step 2: Contact Support for Quick Assistance
If the restart didn’t work, we’ll manually verify and activate your subscription.
How to Submit a Support Ticket:
- Open the Sudoku '25 app.
- Navigate to Settings > Help/Support.
- Follow the instructions to submit a support ticket.
What to Include in Your Ticket:
- Full Name (as used during subscription)
- Email Address (linked to your Sudoku '25 account)
- Type of Card Used (Visa, Mastercard, etc.—do not include full card details)
- Date of Transaction (when you subscribed)
Our helpdesk team will cross-check your payment with Stripe and manually activate your Premium features if needed.
Why Does This Happen?
While very rare, occasional service communication delays can prevent your subscription from unlocking instantly. If that happens, rest assured—we’ll get it fixed ASAP!
