Sudoku '25 - Terms of Service

Welcome to Sudoku '25! By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when using our mobile application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, and using Sudoku '25, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS) and our Privacy Policy (View Here). If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the app.
2. Account and Data Collection
Free Users
- Can either log in using the Facebook login or Google login OAuth buttons.
Premium Subscribers
By subscribing to Sudoku '25 Premium, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are required to create an account with a Username, Name, Email, and Password.
- We will collect and store this information to manage your account and subscription status.
- Your payment details are processed securely by Stripe, our trusted payment provider.
Data Storage & Security
- We store all sensitive account information (such as your login credentials and subscription details) in a secure database managed by Supabase.
- Payment information is never stored on our servers—it is handled entirely by Stripe.
3. Subscription & Payment Processing
Premium Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and are billed according to the plan you select.
- By subscribing, you authorize Sudoku '25 and Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
- If payment fails, your Premium access may be revoked until the issue is resolved.
Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.
- Deleting the Sudoku '25 app does not automatically cancel your subscription—you must cancel it through the store where you made the purchase.
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use Sudoku '25 in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not engage in unauthorized access, modification, or reverse engineering of the app.
- You will not misuse or exploit any bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the app.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (View Here).
- You have the right to request a copy of your data or to delete your account by submitting a support ticket at Sudoku '25 Support.
- Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
6. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
- If significant changes are made, we will notify users through the app or via email.
