At Sudoku '25, we respect your privacy and provide users with control over their personal data. If you would like to request a copy of your collected information or have your account and data deleted from our systems, you can submit a request through our support portal.


How to Submit a Data Request or Deletion Request

Step 1: Open the Support Page

You can request your data or account deletion by opening a support ticket at:

Step 2: Access Support Through the App

Alternatively, you can submit your request directly from the app:

  1. Open the Sudoku '25 app.
  2. Navigate to the Settings section.
  3. Tap the Help/Support button.
  4. Follow the prompts to submit a support request.

Step 3: Specify Your Request

When submitting a ticket, please indicate whether you want:

  • A copy of your collected data (including any personal information we store).
  • Account deletion (which will permanently remove all your stored information).

Important: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you are a Premium subscriber, ensure you cancel your subscription before requesting deletion.
