How to Request Your Data or Delete Your Account

At Sudoku '25, we respect your privacy and provide users with control over their personal data. If you would like to request a copy of your collected information or have your account and data deleted from our systems, you can submit a request through our support portal.
How to Submit a Data Request or Deletion Request
Step 1: Open the Support Page
You can request your data or account deletion by opening a support ticket at:

Step 2: Access Support Through the App
Alternatively, you can submit your request directly from the app:
- Open the Sudoku '25 app.
- Navigate to the Settings section.
- Tap the Help/Support button.
- Follow the prompts to submit a support request.
Step 3: Specify Your Request
When submitting a ticket, please indicate whether you want:
- A copy of your collected data (including any personal information we store).
- Account deletion (which will permanently remove all your stored information).
Important: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you are a Premium subscriber, ensure you cancel your subscription before requesting deletion.
